2. Products & Services

We specialize in supplying and installing high-quality interior shutters, offering five different material choices, along with a selection of blinds.

3. Warranty Details

We provide the following warranties on our products:

• UK Express & Perfect Fit Shutters: 10 years (core structure, product workmanship, carpentry installation, colour, and hardware)
• EliteWood Shutter Range: 5 years (core structure, product workmanship, colour, and hardware), 10 years (carpentry installation)
• AquaGuard Shutter Range: 5 years (core structure, product workmanship, colour, and hardware), 10 years (carpentry installation)
• CraftWood Shutters: 3 years (core structure, product workmanship, colour, and hardware), 10 years (carpentry installation)
• Blinds: 2 years
• Blinds for integrated shutters: 2 years

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

As our shutters and blinds are custom-made to your specifications, orders cannot be canceled or changed once manufacturing has begun. We regret that modifications or cancellations will not be possible once the order has been placed with our suppliers.

5. Pricing & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement.
• The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of installation, no later than 7 days after.
• We accept most credit cards (excluding American Express) and bank transfers.

6. Delivery & Installation

• Lead times vary by material; please refer to our material page for details.
• All installations are carried out in-house by our trained staff, ensuring quality and consistency.
• If there is a delay due to shipping or other external factors, we will prioritize installation as soon as the order arrives and maintain clear communication with you.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect customer information solely to provide our products and services.
• We do not share customer data with third parties.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• While we take great care in installation, we cannot be held liable for damages caused by misuse or improper handling after installation.
• Due to manufacturing variations, Ideal Shutters cannot guarantee exact matches to samples or previous orders. Natural variations in colour, grain, and texture may occur. Returns cannot be authorized for these variations.
